DEF CON 25 BioHacking Village – Meow Ludo Meow Meow – DIYBioweapons and Regulation

Meow will be presenting on the capabilities for biological weapons that are currently able to be produced in home or community bio labs. He will explore the role that emerging technologies play in drastically reducing the technological and cost barriers to creating these constructs, and suggest ways that legislation and regulation may be employed to ensure maximum freedoms and innovation coupled with effective monitoring.
