1️⃣ Tricking Your Circadian Rhythm ⠀
– Get sunlight to deplete melatonin⠀
– Wear sunglasses and/or blue light glasses to limit light exposure to the retina⠀
– An eye mask to eliminate all light⠀
– Turn your phone to night mode and/or color shift under accessibility shortcuts⠀

2️⃣ Noise Control⠀
– Custom earplugs⠀
– Headphones ideally noise canceling⠀
– Listen to binaural beats (432 HZ)⠀

3️⃣ Temperature Control⠀
– Drink cold water or beverage to bring your core body temperature down⠀
– Turn on the air above you on the plane and shed clothes⠀
– The ideal sleeping temperature is 60 to 67 degrees Fahrenheit⠀
