Today I want to talk about getting the MOST efficiency out of simple habits, or in other words, tricking your body to burn way more fat than it normally would.

Again, this should be fasted exercise, meaning you don’t have any food in your system when you begin.

#1 Exercise Before Eating Breakfast

Get out of bed in the morning and, without eating a thing, workout for 20-45 minutes in your fat burning zone. This means you’re working at about 80% capacity, or 20% below your “going all out this sucks” zone.

#2 Before Your Workout, Drink Coffee or Green Tea

Drinking a little caffeine before your fasted morning workout will help you burn fat more efficiently. Make sure you pick a drink that doesn’t have any sugar, as this will backfire. No red bull, no shugary mocha. Just plain coffee or a cup of green tea is perfect.
