Das Getr\u00e4nk liefert Energie, ohne den Blutzucker stark zu beeinflussen und h\u00e4lt lange satt.<\/p>\n<p>So funktioniert die Zubereitung des Biohacker Coffee:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Kaffee aufbr\u00fchen (am besten ganze Bohnen besorgen und dann selbst mahlen)<br \/>\nIn den Mixer giessen<br \/>\n&#8211; 1-2 Essl\u00f6ffel Butter (Weide- oder Biobutter aus der Region) hineingeben<br \/>\n&#8211; 1-2 Essl\u00f6ffel MCT-\u00d6l oder C8-\u00d6l hineingeben<br \/>\n&#8211; Vitamin D3 + K2 Tropfen hineingeben<br \/>\n&#8211; Mixen<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr eine besondere Bulletproof Coffee Erfahrung kannst du den Kaffee noch geschmacklich verfeinern, z.B. mit Vanillepulver (hier darauf achten, dass es echte Vanille ist und nicht nur Vanille-Aroma), ein bisschen Zimt oder Kakaopulver. An Trainingstagen f\u00fcge ich noch einen geh\u00e4uften Essl\u00f6ffel von reinem Collagen Protein.
