He is also a husband and proud father of twin boys. <\/p>\n<p>Today I want to talk about getting the MOST efficiency out of simple habits, or in other words, tricking your body to burn way more fat than it normally would.<br \/>\nr dog on a brisk walk, doing some  yoga or doing some easy laps in the pool. <\/p>\n<p>Again, this should be fasted exercise, meaning you don\u2019t have any food in your system when you begin. <\/p>\n<p>#1  Exercise Before Eating Breakfast<\/p>\n<p>Get out of bed in the morning and, without eating a thing, workout for 20-45 minutes in your fat burning zone. This means you\u2019re working at about 80% capacity, or 20% below your \u201cgoing all out this sucks\u201d zone. <\/p>\n<p>#2 Before Your Workout, Drink Coffee or Green Tea <\/p>\n<p>Drinking a little caffeine before your fasted morning workout will help you burn fat more efficiently. Make sure you pick a drink that doesn\u2019t have any sugar, as this will backfire. No red bull, no shugary mocha.
