I brought Dr. Russel Jones to the podcast as I am interest in methylation biohacking, and I learned that if the thyroid co-factors are not in place, methylation performance is poor. I had also studied and learned that this is in fact connected to B12 deficiency and functional B12 deficiency, which in turn is connected to B2 functional deficiency.
