Delicious meal perfect for anytime of the day. Super easy to make and keeps me full for hours! Since I don’t eat breakfast but love breakfast food, this is usually lunch or late night snack.
🛍 These ingredients are things I always have in my ‘keto friendly’ pantry and fridge, other than the fresh cilantro which is optional anyway:)
3 eggs
1 TBS salsa
Splash of heavy cream
1 slice smoked provolone cheese
1 TBS butter
salt and pepper
* Optional, smoked paprika & fresh cilantro
