HOLY MOLY! Day One of Bulletproof Conference (aka #UpgradeLabsXP2019) was out of this world! We sat a stone’s throw away from Dave Asprey and Arianna Huffington and rubbed elbows with the legendary Luke Storey (The Lifestylist Podcast), Sky (from SkyLife on YouTube). And on top of all that, we got to play with hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of biohacking equipment, from PEMF devices to infrared saunas, cryotherapy chambers, and more.
